My wouldn’t her claim have been dynamite in court...except she was never called to testify.

Why was that do you know?

What does Sandra Lean and the Mitchell’s have to say about this?

You stated

Blimey! How many young lassies was LM hassling?

According to Luke Mitchell he made threats of suicide/or suicide idealisations

“The last time I was truly happy was with Jodi. I was always bullied by teachers and considered suicide, but all that went away. She became my connection to the world. When I was with Jodi nothing mattered, then she was taken away.” https://www.glasgowtimes.co.uk/news/16881794.amp/

What a liar he is and was

Corrine Mitchell 2010
I don't know Condom man at all. He is a different generation to me and neither of my sons knew him. I only know about him from various sources and documentation on him.

Down where I live is fine, the natives are very friendly. A few minutes up the road where I work is a different story. At the beginning it was Hell.
I got 30 caravans trashed. I got a brick through my car window, while I was driving. I got shouted and sworn at on a regular basis.
It improved after the Frontline Documenary people started to change but alas ther are still some knuckle draggers who think "The Sun" is the bible and in certain parts if you are a "Luke Supporter".....you have to watch your back.....I have a German Shepherd attached to me at all times!!!!
What I have noticed over the years is quite simple really........
Areas who read the Guardian, Scotsman etc.......safe place
Areas who read the Sun, Retard and the Mail.............not safe place!!!

sorry! I used to live in the sun area myself many moons ago, I know it can be very mixed. All it can take is a few bad families and an entire street is ruined.
Where I lived was really nice until "The family from Hell" moved in a few doors up and they made everyones lives Hell.....so we moved out!

Janines first statement said everyone was in hysterics (or words to that effect) The 999 operator confirms that when she says " The laddie is in a bit of a state.
By the time Janine gets to court she has changed her statement an told the court Luke showed no emotion.

Mias reaction (my dog):
When Luke was going up the path he was making his way to Jodis house as this was the arrangement. Mia could well have reacted on the way up but Luke would have ignored it and just told her to "come on"
When going back down the path with the family Luke told Mia "seek Jodi" as the word "seek" was used in her training. (We were being tought dog tracking by a friend of mine whose job it was , in the army, to train tracker dogs)
When she approached the 'V' in the wall she jumped up and put her front paws up against the wall and started "air sniffing".
Again the families first statements confirm this and again, by the time they are in coiurt, they deny it.
Mia didn't go over the wall. It was too high for her. Luke and Stephen helped the granny get over the wall. Janine didn't go over. She held Mia.
The family, in court said Luke turned left when he went over the wall and the prosecution said it was because he knew where the body was.
The family could not see anything at all......unless they could see through stone walls.....the wall is too high to see over.
The simple explanation for Luke going left instead of right.....he was going to where Mia was sniffing and wouldn't come away. Basic common sense really.

sorry....correction to last post
Mia didn't sniff at the 'V'...it was further down. It was the 'V' luke went to as it was the only way to get over the wall as the rest was to high.

"save me some dinner" was said to Jodis mother, not Luke. Jodi didn't speak to Luke she texted him.
Judy (Jodis mum) went into great detail about that evening and one of the things were saying how Jodi had asked her to save her some dinner.

Luke vaguely remembers a "rough sketch" shown at the trial. I spoke to him yesterday on the 'phone.

It took Luke and Stephen to eventually get granny Walker over the wall. Apparantly it was quite a task!!!

What time did Jodi last eat?

What do the case files say

I’m asking you.

You seem to believe in the veracity of her post so surely you’d expect her to have given evidence in court.

Parka and knives....a witness too good not to call, you’d think.

Or is it a case of you believing any old nonsense as long as it smears the Mitchells?

I don’t have the case files

The testimony of all the main witnesses were reported in the press. Surely a girlfriend of Luke’s who could prove that he had knives and a parka would be a very important witness?

Was ‘Kim’s ‘ testimony reported in the press?

Corrine also stated this in 2010 ⬇️

This was interesting from Corrine

6th May 2010
‘Like all miscarriages of justice....the police make the time of death....when the suspect has no alibi.

And this

Luke was in the house between 5 and 5.30 ....eating his dinner. And here lies the problem they say we are lying.

should add to that.....I was also in the house eating my dinner as was Shane, albeit differnt rooms. Shane was in his bedroom , upstairs, I was outside and Luke was in the livingroom.

Surely the things to note in Kim's statement isn't the number of girlfriends LM had, but that she mentions the parka, and that he carried knives in it?

Which Kim said this?
