Much the same way your ilk rubbished the idea that Amaral would be successful in his appeal against the first judgement, it's there to be read if one looks.

It is irrelevant at the moment.  Please allow me to repeat myself ~ we are awaiting the conclusion of the process currently in process at the ECHR where the final decision will be made.
"All I'm going to say is that we've conducted a very serious investigation and there's no indication that Madeleine McCann's parents are connected to her disappearance. On the other hand, we have a lot of evidence pointing out that Christian killed her," Wolter told the "Friday at 9"....

What this seems to be saying is that the SC judgement is not final and could be reversed...what an absolute bombshell if its correct

That is indeed quite a turn up for the book.

Im not guessing..... It was reported on CMOMM.... not proof but evidence.

So how msny posters have said the SC judgement cannot be overturned... You are one as I recall.
This does put a whole new slant on the ECHR verdict.

How many posters said it wont involve Amaral.. It certainly does... Very interesting times ahead

So you are posting something you saw on CMOMM as if it were a fact? That's a bit naughty, isn't it?

I think we know that the SC judgement can be overturned, the McCanns tried and were refused.

Which bit of " It was reported on CMOMM.... not proof but evidence." do you not understand?

Which bit of not repeating something as if it were an accepted fact do you not understand?

"this may well expalin why amarals assets have remained frozen as the domestic case is not over"

It sounds like a fact, but it isn't.

As Davel subsequently clarified the source and the fact that it proved nothing, your point is moot and deflection IMO..

Not as boring as having to ask for the evidence underlying apparent statements of fact only to find there is none imo.

I would say the revelation today that the SC judgement is not final and  the case in Portugal could be reopened is far from boring. How many times have we heard thatvthe ECHR case will not affect Amaral.... Now wee knoow it could

The libel trial is finished and the final judgement has been delivered. The ECHR will be deciding whether the State of Portugal breached the McCann's human rights.

I think posts about the German's suspect should be posted on the appropriate thread, which is not this thread.

It isnt necessarily finished though is it... It could be opened again

I really dont think you understand.
First it is not necessary to be able to prove an opinion... Im well aware of that.. But..

Its important the opinion has a factual basis and demonstrate its level of veracity.

Ive also read that any opinion should be a balanced view.

Amarals opinion is not based on fact its based on a fallacy..

There doesn't appear to be anything much to be done now inso far as The Law is concerned when it comes to Amaral despite him being a convicted liar in Portugal.

I shall bide my time.
