Accusations of criminal acts are automatically defamatory..
You need to address that specific fact which you clearly can't.
Bennett's statements are defamatory in UK law... That is fact.. Not opinion. Your response have not addressed the issue and have been waffle

Abandonment and Culpability in the disappearance of Madeleine.  And calling for their arrest.  Stopping people in the streets and creeping around The Rothely Estate putting leaflets through doors.  And that's just for starters.

However, I hardly think The Judge would order Anthony Bennett to sign an agreement not to repeat if there was nothing Libellous to repeat.

I seem to remember that The Judge had to rule on whether some Innuendo was Libellous.  He ruled that some of it was.
