We know Brueckner was inside the apartment before Gerry's check, because the bedroom door had been moved.

What a shame investigators made such a monumental mess of screwing up the forensics which might have proved it.

But wait a minute! ~ who claimed the door had been moved?

Can't be so can it?

Not in your world at least, so maybe you should work out a different set of nonsense in support of your wumming.
"All I'm going to say is that we've conducted a very serious investigation and there's no indication that Madeleine McCann's parents are connected to her disappearance. On the other hand, we have a lot of evidence pointing out that Christian killed her," Wolter told the "Friday at 9"....

Brückner wasn’t necessarily the person who removed Madeleine from 5A.

Have you read Barrier's "link"? which he didn't actually link to despite it being a pretty comprehensive list summing up evidence the police have and evidence they want firmed up.

But dream on if you think the 'took bit' is anything other than the part of the whole. Nothing will be finalised until the Bundeskriminalamt and the prosecutors have completed their task which will hopefully lead to finding out what happened to that little three year old who vanished from the face of the earth in 2007.

I did, and I have a link!

The appeal by the BKA is dated 11/10/2022

As part of the clarification of the circumstances of the crime, it is particularly important to determine the actual whereabouts of the accused at the presumed time of the crime, which is between 9:10 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. on the day of the crime.

What they can't do is show that Brueckner ever met up with Madeleine.

Indeed, if they can ever do that  its game over. Until then its just wishful thinking.

Brückner wasn’t necessarily the person who removed Madeleine from 5A.

There are so many unanswered questions centring on witness evidence which raise interesting points which have been taken on board by investigators who have had thoughts about how the crime was actually carried out.

Operation Grange questioned burglars whose phones were active in Luz and the German press voiced speculation as to whether or not Brueckner had acted alone or with accomplices.

This is a hugely complex case about which there are no easy answers and one in which the police are keeping their knowledge of the evidence they undoubtedly possess very close to their chest indeed.

Which is an update of the link posted in 2020 - the entire site having been recently updated in its entirety.

Didn't you know that?

Yet, the BKA knows that CB killed MM.

You have no evidence to support that opinionated statement.  You know nothing about what evidence the BKA and the prosecutors have or do not have.  And your ill informed opinion really doesn't cut the mustard.

We know their 'evidence' isn't sufficient to convince a judge.
We know that.
Wolters just needs a bit more time, then he'll nail Brueckner to the wall. Really, he will. Just have faith in Wolters & the concrete evidence. Not much longer now guys.

Well, Wolters says they do. But was he telling the truth?
No way to be sure really is there.
Just have to have blind faith Maddie really was abducted, because there's sod all evidence that she was.

Your dated link doesn't actually say what you are claiming.

The dated ( Oct 2022) link does actually say that which I've quoted.

Why have you not provided me with the (on topic) cite I requested twice over the weekend?
