You will find all the relevant information you require in the files, I am sure.

Do you think so?

Not sure I'd know quite where to look for that particular information.

No it had not ... perhaps the inept taking of the first forensic traces which rendered them useless contributed greatly to the damage, who knows what information was lost by that ... but the first responders did not secure the crime scene ... possibly because they thought Madeleine had wandered off and would wander back of her own volition ... but it was THEIR responsibility to preserve the scene as soon as they arrived ... your excuses for that failure in procedure are risible.

Kate & Gerry never actually bothered to phone the police in the first instance, or at all for that matter, funnily enough.

Excerpts:-
At that moment one of the GNR officers told the witness that they had already searched for the girl in the wardrobes and other places in the apartment without having taken any care as to leaving their own traces or for destroying or adulterating any traces that might be of interest to the investigation.

After the arrival of the witness and his colleague Vitor Martins the scene was isolated and the inspection began, namely the collection of statements and inspection of the scene, the respective reports that were subsequently attached to the process documents.

So the mccanns and co., searched the apartment and cupboards with gloves on, and their clothing or other articles didn't contaminate the crime scene in the panic to find Madeleine ?

If you thought there was a possibility that your child, lay somewhere hurt, would you really be looking for protective gloves, before searching, Stephen? In a complete state of panic too.

Wouldn't matter in Gerry's case as it would be expected that his DNA would be everywhere.

Good point.  In any case he was more interested in fiddling with the jemmied shutters to make it not look like a break-in or something.

So what are you suggesting about the family and friends, Stephen?

That, as they obviously would not have had forensic type gloves, THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE SEARCHED FOR MADELEINE ?  Is thta what you want?   Would that have been the correct procedure do you think?

No gloves so dont do anything?  Jeez, I despair.

The Police, however, should have had the correct equipment before they did their search ... but they didn't use it.

The whole point was sadie, they claimed abduction from the start.

Why shear in a cupboard, etc., for an abducted child.

I am not enamoured by the Mccanns.  My interest is in Justice ... and to stop / counter such foul bullying as we see every night on here.

They feared abduction right from the start but wanted it nopt to be.  They did the natural thing and the right thing they thorougly searched the flat, tried to assess the situation {Gerry and the shutters) and then all but Kate who stayed with the twins searched the closest places, fanning out to more distant places.

Now are you saying that as they hadn't got forensic gloves, they shouldn't have searched all the hiding holes in the flat?

Just remind me sadie, of who cried out abduction ?
