To be any real likelyhood that a daed body had been in that apartment, then only Eddie should have alerted and Keela not alerted at the same spot.   If both dogs alerted it was not a dead body at all, but some dried blood residue from a cut or graze.   We know that one of the peeps who rented the apartment after Madeleine was abducted, cut himself very badly shaving.  that he walked around as he was bleeding.

I think my understanding is right, but pls tell me if I have it wrong.

Eddie alerts to cadaver scent and blood
Keela alerts to blood
If both alert at a similar spot then it can be a) just blood or b) a combination of cadaver scent and blood
And yes Eddie alerted several times to areas/things which Keela did not ie parents bedroom and Mccanns  clothes

He  alerted also to the verandah of the apartment, strong signal, and in the flower bed in the garden under, weaker signal, there is no mention in the files if Keela was taken there, so as regards those alerts we dont know
