IMO If Madeleine and her brother did cry - it could have been in the middle of the night when her parents were asleep but didn't last long enough to wake them.  Or it could have happened while her parents were out, but once again only briefly before they went back to sleep.

Madeleine was talking about the night of the 2nd.  Rachael Oldfield was next door for the whole of that evening and would have heard any sustained crying.
On the 31th and according to her parents, Madeleine went to their bed because her sister's crying woke her up. We know Madeleine was encouraged not to sleep with her parents, she got stars when she stayed in her own bed. The situation was special in PDL because she had to share the bedroom, unlike at home. Why then would she have remained in her bed on the 1st, when Mrs Fenn heard her ?
None of the McCanns said when occurred the crying episode. We only speculate it was on Wednesday because no child would wait 24 hours before reporting that kind of episode. As Rachael didn't hear any crying, this is a  mysterious part of the case.

slipping even further down if you think attended babies in their own homes is the same as unattended babies a big distance away

and to include the excuse  of hindisght, well, in your words, absurd
 @)(++(*

Oh and  btw the mccanns have never said what they did was wrong or that theyregretted it, the only thing they said they felt bad about was not being there AT THE MOMENT she was taken, not at any other time  ie they felt leaving them was fine and  when asked what they would say to other parents, they said its difficult to say, therefore still condoning it
That is incorrect.  They have admitted they made a mistake and they have regretted it.  Withn your adoration opf videos, Red, you must know they admitted it and expressed regret.  Why deceive?

If you are in your home of course you have a much better chance of hearing at once if something is amiss with your child, that's simply common sense. As to the balcony issue, as you say you say there was no balcony to the children's room but there was one just beyond the unlocked patio doors with rails at just the right height for a child to fall over.
Elementary !
And, yes, contrary to one of the basic principles on child safety, Madeleine (not the twins who couldn't extract themselves from their cots) had two open doors between her bed and the balcony.

Just stating the facts of what they said on video, would you like me to post them?

find a later one, after they had realised their mistake.  I am aware that to begin with, thgey did not think they had done any wrong.

You full well must know that they did express regret and admit their failings when the consequences of someone taking advantage of them set in.

They did apologise and admit their failings.  Now find that one.  Not an early one when they were shocked.

You know they did.  We all know they did.

Now you will have to excuse me.  Have a busy schedule for a while.

Kate  Mccann in her book said there was no balcony to fall over
 >@@(*&)

And as per usual she was absolutely correct. There was no balcony in the children's bedroom.

Probably not a mystery to SY detectives now. Don't you imagine that they have investigated this thoroughly before they made their comment that the McCanns are not suspects or persons of interest? Or are you going to tell us you know better than they do?

But as I have already said there was through the unsecured patio doors, with railings  just high enough for a child to fall over ( cadaver scent in garden below balcony anyone ? ).
Brietta posted on 10/04/2022 “But whether or not that is the reason behind the delay I am certain that Brueckner's trial is going to take place.”

Let’s count the months, shall we?

You can speculate as much as you like. You don't have the benefit of visiting the site, of discussing the case with the witnesses etc.

Precisely where in the garden was the odour detected? How long would the body have lain in the garden for it to emit such odours? There simply isn't the available time unless you go into conspiracy mode.

I have shown that both UK police, UK Social authorities and more importantly the Portuguese do not have any  belief that neglect was an issue.

It doesn't matter how many times you repeat your claims or stephen25000 repeats his spammed mantra, the fact is that those experts have dismissed the idea.

My faith is in them not someone who claims the concept in a forum ID.

how sad is that post, and no one mentioned a balcony off any kids bedroom, Not even kate herself , there was a HUMUNGOUS balcony the kids could have fallen over if they went  out the patio door!!

YOU KNOW? The open door, unsecured patio  door??? That  lead to the balcony??

Which they  could have done every  single night  when their parents were NOT THERE
sad apologist

And kate talks in her book about being jealous the paynes on the first floor had  a sea view but they had a balcony kids could fall over, and she was glad as a ground floor resident she didnt have that worry, lie

You heard them leave the flat, you weren't asleep, too scared for that. You hoped they had understood this, but they didn't. What do you do ? First check if by chance.. But you were right, they're not home. What do you do ? Go back to your bed with fear in your stomach ? You see a door is slightly open, you push it and there, from the balcony, you can see lights and hear voices and laughters. It's not yet dark, but you're small and can't see well who is there. Perhaps stepping on the railings...

Could you please direct me to the place in the case files where there is evidence (preferably forensic) that Madeleine went over the balcony and died as a result of that, that night?
