A simple yes or no will suffice.

Why?

So that you can pull me apart, which ever way I say?

Look back Stephen, you must be one of the very few on here that doesn't know ... or ask a mate.

What are you afraid of ?

Personally, I don't want to trawl through your posts, so if can't/won't  answer a simple question, conclusions will be made.

You also have no right to ask questions of other people, if you fail to answer a simple one yourself.

Other options you know .... [Had to ask my hubby for help on this cos I dont like most game shows]

1)  Phone a friend
2)  Ask the audience ... or ...
3)  Take two of the options away .... erm that's a bit difficult (OK look back thru the threads instead)

Come on Stephen, tell us what you think

Why can't you stop being childish and simply answer a question ?

As I said, if you can't answer questions, don't ask any of others.

This did prompt me to re-read Tanner's original statement.

http://www.mccannfiles.com/id30.html

She does seem to have come in for some stick from some quarters.  The problem is that there is quite an incentive to discredit her - because otherwise it lends weight to the view that Madeleine was indeed abducted, and those whose list of hobbies might include "demonsing the McCanns" would look pretty daft.

Nobody discredited Ms Tanner publicly more than Mr McCann about the crucial side of the street.

I disagree.  He was a beaten up /destroyed man ... and his memory played tricks

You forget, Anne, that I have been there, altho nowhere nearly as bad.  To lose ones little one is soul destroying and brain curdling.   I  Had to go back to teaching just 6 weeks after my little boy died ... and I couldn't find a thing  ... or remember a thing.

Severe trauma plays tricks with your memory

It was unfortunate that Gerry was so convinced, but that is what he thought he remembered.  End of.

Jane stikes me as a big hearted woman and my bet is that she has understood and forgiven him.  Bet she is finding it hard to put up with you guys, tho.

Pity you cant get over things like Jane.

What about the man who agreed with Ms Tanner, when he saw the "documentary" ? Did he change his mind about himself or about Mr McCann ?

I don't think so.

Amaral had the guns out for Jane, long before Gerry's side of the street, because she contradicted his lies, about her saying it was Murat she pointed out. When she did not!
He couldn't even get the vehicle right she was in.

Jane and Kate were his prime targets, IMO, good job for them they weren't as easy targets as he thought.
