When I think of Leonor Cipriano, tied to that chair with a bag over her head as she was beaten to a point of near blindness by those gentlemen officers of the PJ, under the command and direction of Goncalo Amaral, my eyes fill with tears ...
Obviously you have been brainwashed.
Leonor Cipriano was never tied. She was interrogated in Faro in the presence of her attorney when she confessed the crime - as the law obligates. (The same law why the McCann had to be made arguidos in the presence of their lawyers).
She was attacked when she was admitted in the Ourique prison. You know, the other prisioners don't like women that kill children. At the time that she entered the prison the Director was away, when she shouldn't have.
[there is a rule that inmates that have armed children must be kept apart, this one was not]
When Leonor appeared all bruised up, 2 days after having been in Faro PJ Headquarters, the brilliant director sent Leonor to a doctor. The initial report was that the bruises were caused by recent battering. Anyway, the will to make the Director look innocent about this mess made the brilliant Dr. Marinho Pinto and some friends he could manipulate to attempt to implicate the Judiaciary Police.
Leonor couldn't recognize anyone in Court and she couldn't even decide which colour was the alleged plastic bag that they put over her head - I don't believe a victim would forget those things.
