A lot of people lie in court. It seems that MW stated that he did not know what the follow up was after this complaint was allegedly made by Gerry McCann or if the police did anything.

Who in their right mind is going to lie in court about something like that?.
I'm sure they will have a crime number, and proof from the police force it was reported to.

I'm sure there is DCI, if it actually happened. But I'm sure the more conscious among you supporters will have squirrelled a screenshot of the offending post away for future reference, won't you ?

Are you really trying to suggest that the evidence presented in a CIVIL trial is somehow covered by judicial secrecy or that something  that is already public knowledge cannot be used as evidence ?

Why?  The courts will have a copy and that it all that matters.  Or are you implying that Michael Wright has perjured himself?

Did Michael Wright also offer *proof* that Mr Amaral inspired let alone responsble for some lone nutter in the alledged postings? As is being ridiculously claimed?

It is not up to anyone on this forum or any other to prove anything. There are many people on twitter, both anti and pro who apparently remember the threat but that fact is irrelevant to the case in Lisbon.

If Michael Wright has made a claim in court he either provided evidence for that claim to the court or he didn't.

If he did, job done.

If he didn't, are you Faithlilly, suggesting that the Judge is incapable of sifting out unsupported claims and ignoring them? Are you so dismissive of the capability of the Portuguese Judicial system?

Also do you think Michael Wright just invented this whole story or do you think he actually did see such a post on that forum and took it to the North Yorkshire Police? Do you not think that there might be a request from the court for some verification? Do you not think Michael Wright and the McCann lawyers may have considered this?

What a ridiculous post posing as an answer.  In light of the weight being placed upon the words of michael wright, it's an entirely reasonable thing to be asked for. And yet you'd think that something non-existent was being requested judging by the responses here. It's almost like you lot can't find it or something.
