It doesn't matter what the kids see on the internet. It is hoped that they will be bright enough to see a bunch of [ censored word ]s.

Pls do READ back, I posted that IF the Mccanns managed to remove all fora their kids would STILL be able to read the case from other sources...prwaumably in YOUR mind not all sites on the internet that mention the case are hate sites, sheesh....

There will be no changes likely in the last eighteen months of the Parliament. I think we shall see some legal action in the New Year. Big Fish first.

Are you a lawyer, Aiofe?

but not necessarily enforceable
Pamalam's site is safe. She was cited in the injunction hearing. CR has no power against her, though they would like to : she kept a copy of Mr McCann's very revealing blog, the one that he conveniently deleted..
Amazon was intimidated by CR (their profit on Pat Brown's booklet was almost nothing) and drew it back, but Barnes and Nobles laughed about it !

Smithman carrying a child in his arms checked his watch after passing the Smith family and the time was 10:03. Both are still unidentified 10 years later.

All those intimidations would have to stop if everybody used casually his/her real name.

Key question for Data Protection 101 failures:

What does the Data Protection Act protect (clue, the answer is not in the title.)

"Of course all possibilities are being considered and the police have to be certain before eliminating any of the scenarios. It is absolutely right that we are subject to the same high standards of investigation as anyone else."  GM Blog 07/08/07

This was the day before they had a tough informal (possibly because no arguido status was prepared) interview. See "Madeleine".
On that 7th of August day, whereas Mr McCann chats, between jogging and barber, more about their collaboration with the police than on the nature of the current speculations, Mrs McCann doesn't conceal that those speculations concern their involvement in Madeleine's death.

Thanks Anne. I'm still looking  ?{)(** Here's an interesting one "We did manage our early morning run today although not quite to the top of the hill due to time limitation."

A malicious prosecution for a crime which never existed. An exposé of egregious malfeasance by public officials.
Indeed, the truth never changes with the passage of time.
