Serving police officers still have access to files no matter how hard you try to pretend otherwise especially when those files are largely paper based and not subject to secure id checks on computer systems.

 Doesn't matter its putting into print and making it available to a large number of people. Amarals thesis contained ideas like the fridge etc which were not in the public domain

No surprises for those of us on the forums, I don't mean the wider public. Everything substantial in the book was already known by those discussing the case.

Which Fridge would that be, the knowledge of which was in the public domain?  The only Fridge that I am aware of is the one that Amaral cited in The Cipriano Case.  You know, the one wherein the blood wasn't tested, even to find out if it was human Blood. let alone that of Joana Cipriano.

Kindly stop making false accusations against me Anne.  I do not spread disinformation -  my whole reason for being here is because I am opposed to disinformation of any kind.

Hi Everyone, Followed this sad,tragic  case of Madeleine from day one as I use to work in legal and this interests me and I care. Thrilled PJ have at long last decided to open the case. I feel strongly by reading the files The McCanns are not guilty and know now they definitely should not have left their children. What troubles me after PJ & SY have said The McCanns are not guilty ppl still harp on and try to find myths  that they are, very odd minds.

It is amazing how some posters here only refer to the McCann bible and consider, doing so, that their claims are "evidence". Do they really see it as an objective account of facts ? Or is their unique purpose to brainwash posters thanks to their continuous hammering of the gospel, i.e the "good news" ?
When the fact doesn't exist in the bible, no problem, they extrapolate it according to what they call "common sense" ! That's how they pretend to know better what happened. A pity they can't extend this knowledge to discovering where is Madeleine.
