At that particular point in the video Gerry claims that the forensics came back not suggesting anything at all.  Well that is in itself untrue as the DNA results were inconclusive to the extent that the DNA found could very well have belonged to Madeleine.

A malicious prosecution for a crime which never existed. An exposé of egregious malfeasance by public officials.
Indeed, the truth never changes with the passage of time.

"Inconclusive" means "not suggesting anything at all"

Yes, there was a petition for the dogs to come to Portugal. The McCanns organised it. I signed the petition.

Absolute nonsense.
Brietta posted on 10/04/2022 “But whether or not that is the reason behind the delay I am certain that Brueckner's trial is going to take place.”

Let’s count the months, shall we?

Absolute nonsense.

What is nonsense?
And how dare you to say that!
I don't sign petitions that often.. I know which one I signed.

The McCanns were requesting the dogs, the Portugal Police was not allowing it.. there had to be a petition for that!

Is that true  ?

The McCanns organised a petition asking for a cadaver dog to  be sent to Portugal  ?

No, not cadaver.
McCanns wanted any British search dogs to come to Portugal.
The critics were saying the time for them has passed, not sure how many days.. but the McCanns were insistent. and then there was a petition to the british government to sort out with PJ about sending the dogs.

They organised a petition for  'any'  British search dogs to come to Portugal  ...  barring  cadaver searching ones  ?

Not in this case Aoife.  The DNA results which came back had many markers in common with Madeleine but these same markers were also common to others in the family group.  This of course meant that the sample could not be positively identified as coming from Madeleine.  Even if it had done the parents explained it away by stating that Madeleine's clothing was transported in the Renault Scenic so this could account for her DNA being present.

Where this barring comes from? As long as I remember the petition was successful, people were signing a lot..

AFAIK, it was Mark Harrison and the other British police officers in PdL who suggested the cadaver and blood dogs.

No. Perhaps a good dictionary would help.
"inconclusive" means not decisive, not providing an irrefutable assertion.

And the same time the samples the dogs alerted which were conclusive point out at two PJ officers who are very alive.

How do we explain this?

Of course. In order to find Madeleine, the McCanns sent for Mr Krügel, the one who didn't allow the customs to have a look at his device, making the PJ loose a lot of time at the airport.
The PJ at about the same time heard of the existence of cadaver dogs through the UK officers. They were already in contact with the NPIA which had provided Mr Rainbow. The Faro director solicited Prof Harrison who, once in PDL, did a first report (23rd of July) in which he recommended to send for those two particular dogs.
