Absolutely.  I referred to this earlier in another posting when I said death is very hard to diagnose and the most reliable method is never shown and this gives the lie to Sheila running around the house after the first wound.

Blimey!! You are the Tara to my Steed!!! There is clear livor on Sheila's body. Her arm was maleable because it lay on her abdomen, the last part of her to cool.

Now there is termiology I am not familar with...  8-)(--)

What I referred to was my previous posting:

"Death is actually very difficult to diagnose.  Checking for pulse, heart beat, breath on mirrors and pupil dilation are commonly shown but they are not reliable.  There is one very reliable method but it is never shown on TV for obvious reasons and it is what gives the lie to the idea that Sheila was alive after the first shot, let alone running around the house, hiding silencers, having a wash and barking like a dog."

What I was taught was the most reliable way to test for death is the absence of the "Gag reflex." In short stick your fingers down their throat.  This is never shown on TV.

So as Sheila had a throat full of blood and none in her lungs or stomach my diagnosis has to be she was dead after the first shot which was fired almost horizontally and impossible for her to do.  She could never have fired a second shot let alone done all the things claimed by Jeremy's supporters.  Had she lived even for a few seconds after the first shot she would have inhaled, choked, exhaled, vomited.  Blood would have been in her stomach and lungs and all over the ceiling.  It wasn't.

As I have said before, a simple and obvious case.

Coo. Are you my conjoined twin? Would you like to go to the pictures, then, maybe.....Nandos??

Sheila did live after the first shot (though was unconscious) because bruising had started to form around the wound (you can also see that the silencer was used for the first shot, but not the second.) Other than that, you're bang on. You can also see where Bamber (or whoever) wiped some blood from the silencer onto the carpet (partially hidden by the bible). According to other forums, it was either Sheila, or the police, writing secret messages in blood. That might go a bit of the way in explaining why Bamber is still eating mushy sprouts every Christmas. That, and an expensive documentary wasting time and money shooting a pork scratching in Arizona.

One of the many lies told on the blue forum is that Dr Vanezis stated that Sheila could have got up and walked around after the first shot. He doesn't actually say that at all, in fact it is referred to as the "non fatal" shot but this is not the case. It was a fatal shot, it just wouldn't have caused death instantaneously.

Quite so.  Death is more of a process than a single event.  Everything does not stop at once.  The brain or the heart can be stopped but other processes can continue for some minutes.  I hate to speculate but I expect that Sheila was most likely in paralysis after the first shot with heart and breathing in Vagal Inhibition and hopefully totally unconscious at the same time with the Gag Reflex absent this resulted in the lack of blood in the lungs and stomach and on the ceiling for that matter.  The Gag Reflex can be incredibly violent which is why Doctors are not keen to do it.

Dr Vanezis is just using "Expert Speak" when he says he cannot rule it out that death was not instantaneous.  There is always a remote possibility of a suicide shooting themselves twice but it is incredibly rare and to the head never.  I think there are only two cases on record the last time I checked and one of those is almost certainly murder.  To extend this remote possibility to Sheila running around the house cleaning up and washing is perverse in the extreme.

It is always interesting to see Dr Vanezis described in all terms of vilification on the other forum when he says something they disagree with (which is 99% of his reports).  On this one issue where he is covering himself professionally he is suddenly an "Eminent Expert" speaking Ex-Cathedra from the Throne of St Peter.

It's also been stated before that the first shot severed her jugular vein. Is that definitely correct? It's hard to see anyone being in a position to regain consciousness after that, let alone run upstairs during a gun battle with some cops.

That's right, the first shot lacerated the jugular vein, as well as fracturing vertebrae in her neck.
