Also, try stop referring to 'abduction', when it hasn't been established in court it is. That would help too.

We have the opinion of the PJ, who stated the McCann's were unable to be cleared.

As far as I know Operation Grange has not yet been finalised so we don't have a clue what SY are thinking in 2014.

It is therefore illogical and fallacious to state that the "abduction" is fact.

I don't state it as  a fact...just that it seems the most plausible and is what SY and the PJ are investigating at the moment..

The mccanns cant be cleared as they haven't been charged...or even accused by the judicial system

I would say it is true...the parents are not suspects according to SY ...so SY cannot be considering a fatal accident and cover up by parents

Oh but I agree Dave, Redwood has gone on record to declare that Madeleine could be alive, wasn't that brave of him.  By the same token she could be dead too...bottom line is they haven't got a baldy notion what the truth is.

He also has gone on record to state that none of the tapas-9 are suspects...what he failed to interject was that this can change very quickly if evidence is found to support that change of status.

The three burglars saga has gone conveniently cold now after all the hype, could it be time for another hot story to hit the headlines or has SY and the British Press heeded the latest warning by the PJ to cease the trial by media crap?
