The ONLY video of this witness is the footage you see in the documentary, of her shadow and her voice.
This footage was made by the documentary filming company.
The witness gave permission to the filming company to make the footage and broadcast it, on condition her identity was obfuscated.

Is this the same person Amaral is talking about below?   If so he gives enough information here for her to be easily traced and identified imo.

Yes same witness.
Yes it may be possible with logic to determine who the witness is .
But Mr Amaral is not the only person who has used imperfect obfuscation of a witness identity.
For example a private detective company working for the fund hid the identity of a witness in block 4 (who saw a person supposedly watching 5A) but carelessly showed the witness name on a whiteboard faintly visible in the video background. At least Mr Amaral did a better job than them.

And why do people keep banging on about where is her witness  statement in the files  when its clear she never made one?
As if it not being in there somehow suggests Mr Amaral made it up!

If you say so.     IMO it is unethical to pass information to a person who has been specifically removed from a case.    Especially when that information was then used by Amaral against the McCanns in his book.

As none of that is in the files, then his claim that everything in his book is confirmed in the PJ files is false.

Based on but not a reproduction. He'd be incapable of writing a book without any personal interpretation, as would K McCann and any writer. It's impossible.
