The mysterious lady who reported the car boot being open every day.

This lady witness says she "reported it".
It is easy to work out she would have reported it most likely in mid September 2007.
As Mr Amaral says, this witness was never interviewed by the PJ.
And there is no statement in the files..
So who did she report it to?

There's no videotape in the files.
Not all the videotapes that were made in this case were transcribed, at least the Portuguese ones.
I wonder how you can lose time with such a ridiculous issue, Carana.
The body couldn't be buried, you can't have the money of the cake and eat it. The idea that the corpse was driven to some place only germs inside the brain of a Roman Catholic.

Perhaps another question here is who she felt these these threats and pressures could/would come from as said in the video.

Presumably the witness was keen to prevent the press harassing her.
Probably also keen to prevent private detectives from UK?
Which is why her identity and address were obfuscated by Mr Amaral.

Well, Davel has posted that Mr Amaral  IS the evil bogey man here who has ruined the investigation and also that translators were not reading out in English what was written down in Portuguese before people signed their statements. yup, sounds like conspiracy theories to me.

I dont think Mr Amaral should have assumed the relatives relayed the story of leaking blood dirty nappies etc because of that witness. It was probably to do with reports of the dogs alerting in the boot, months before the rogatories, if it was that at all too. I mean why mention it at all? An accidental spillage after a shopping trip?

Theres no conspiracy there...you don't seem to understand what conspiracy means...a conspiracy is that people in high places are conspiring to protect the McCanns...including 2 or 3 primeministers..now that's a conspiracy theory
