The lady lawyer witness reported it but they never followed it up so it is not in the files.

Interesting, Anne. Why would there be an unpublished videotape of an apparently upright citizen whose statement does not appear in the files? I could understand if the person had been some kind of paedo or other type of criminal, but this would not seem to correspond to her situation. 

You affirm that there is... have you watched it? If so, is there anything that would justify the absence of a witness statement?

Your relentlessness, Carana, makes me suggest you to go to Portimao and ask for watching the video made by this lady, who, as a jurist, didn't want to appear in the files unnecessarily. In case of a trial, and only if the dogs' evidence were brought in, her statement might have been useful though imo it wouldn't, no specimen of the bootair having been caught.
The members of the group were videotaped for the eventuality of a trial.
There are many documents that aren't in the files and could be very revealing, like the LC ones (mainly), the Control Risks Group's ones (with statements of Mr and Mrs McCann) surely important because their inquiry started soon after the disappearance, to say nothing of the documents collected by the M3, Halligen and Edgar... all documents the McCanns never turned public..

The ONLY video of this witness is the footage you see in the documentary, of her shadow and her voice.
This footage was made by the documentary filming company.
The witness gave permission to the filming company to make the footage and broadcast it, on condition her identity was obfuscated.
