They were taught by Mr Woolfall the jungle law and were excellent pupils : manipulate otherwise you'll be manipulated.

By name and looks, he certainly looked  like a wolf standing in the back there LOL

That's right Red, I was being ironic.

Spent half the day on the other thread noting how they defy SY publicly!

The Mccanns have NEVER IMO taken heed of ANYONE  or ANYTHING  apart from their own agenda, from the first second to today

Its not in their make up to do so

My own views are mixed in this question.  Certainly I am quite sure that Kate and Gerry would be the first to condemn Método 3 and Halligen for what they did in bringing the whole search effort into such disrepute.  Not sure about their financial and legal advisers though?   >@@(*&)
A malicious prosecution for a crime which never existed. An exposé of egregious malfeasance by public officials.
Indeed, the truth never changes with the passage of time.

Do you believe they ever condemned Metodo3 for paying a psychic lawyer to substitute Mrs Cipriano's one against Mr Amaral ?

Do they have advisers? I thought Drs McCann were the prime movers and every on else followed the script?
Or are we talking of Metodo3, Oakley International, Alpha Investigations, Clarence Mitchell etc.

I agree Estuarine

I am also of the opinion that the McCanns have been calling the shots all along

It appears to me that these  ethereal  'advisers'  are trawled out whenever the McCanns' behaviour is in question

A couple of examples off the top of my head  :

The McCanns appeared cold and unemotional   ...  "ah, that's because they were advised to not show emotion"

Kate refused to answer police questions  ...   "yes,  but that was because she was  advised  not to

Both with very valid reasons

Well I don't believe the McCanns unquestioningly  followed advice of  'professionals'  and are therefore absolved of any responsibility for the actions they took

In fact,  we  know  that the McCanns sometimes chose to  'ignore'   the advice of professionals

For instance,  they chose to focus on Madeleine's coloboma in their awareness campaign  despite being advised not to

...  and Gerry chose to answer police questions,  despite  being advised not to

It is simply not possible to excuse some of the McCanns behaviour with a dismissive,  "they only did it because they were advised to"   (  as if they were somehow compelled to follow that advice )   ...  not when they cherry-picked which advice to follow and which not to

That  'cherry-picking'  indicates that the McCanns were in complete control and merely  used the   "We were advised to"  excuse when their behaviour was,  otherwise,  inexplicable

My understanding that they were advised to put out every defining feature they could think of .... and afterwards the PJ/ Amaral complained.  Cant think why?  They did want her found, did they?

For the first 4 months, I am unaware of anything but blind obedience to the PJ and Amaral.

They even accepted the lies put about by people who should have known better, saying that they were well over 100 metres away.  Kate in her anxiety to be totally honest even used that distance in her book
I had been aware that it was only 50 metres, Tapas restaurant to,5A, for a good year before others seemed to catch on.  I even had to tell people how to measure it on Google earth.

That put paid to the lies and distortions about the distance they were away.

What a thoroughly nasty thing to insinuate! But you do insnuate this all the time about the police and also about a whole bunch of posters here. And also the constant insinuations people will say things/spread propaganda blah blah  to stop her being found! Thoroughly reprehensible IMO!

Presumably you forgot the n't in there

And a cite for the  PJ complaining would be handy

It's the same old rubbish.

Blame Amaral for everything.
