I don't think Gerry had this drug....  it makes no sense...perhaps the statement was taken incorrectly.

if you google fibre dos fenos...hay fever in Portuguese.....and look at Portuguese wikipaedia  terfenadina is the first drug that comes up as a treatment for hay fever...

terfenadine is the generic name so it may be that this is term used for hayfever medicines...like calling all pens biro's
That was my point....its an active ingredient in over the counter remedies. So in fact it would be correct to state Terfenadina but its not the brand name nor the only ingredient

In 2007 terfenadine was not an ingredient of any over-the-counter medicines in the UK or Portugal IMO

You obviously don't know how this works.  He would had ample opportunity to confirm the contents of his statement and would have had it read back to him in English before signing it.
I thought there was an error in Cat Bakers statement that she had to correct in the rogatory interviews in Leicester. There will always been a chance of error when you have translators. Some of which were the likes of Murat....not exactly professional translators imo
