I have seen the correspondence and there is no misunderstanding.

Even you must admit it is strange that the McCann's representative wanted to suppress the information, if everything was as you are leading us to believe.

As to the McCanns not settling, I suspect that may have been  Dr Amaral's decision and not theirs.
What am I leading you to believe?

Now, now it's not like you to be coy Alfred. I think we both know the answer to that.

Seriously - what have I led you to believe?  You're trying to make out that I'm being misleading or devious and so I'd like to know what I'm being accused of, thanks.

I don't think you're being devious. I think you fully believe what you write.

That doesn't, however, stop it from being blinkered.

OK - so what did I write that was blinkered?

Let's do this in stages, looking at what I wrote:

I'd have to see the full trail of correspondence from both sides before I could comment on that
.
Is that the blinkered bit?  No, I don't think so.

It sounds to me like another typical doubter deliberate misunderstanding.
That's me expressing my opinion, not a fact, so I'm not leading you to believe anything, just expressing my doubts about your unsubstantiated allegation.

The fact remains - the McCanns did not settle on Amaral's terms, contrary to what we were told by many (including if memory serves by the "well respected" (sic) blogger).
Did the McCanns settle on Amaral's terms?  No they did not.  Therefore to state this is a fact is not leading you to believe anything that isn't factual.

So - I repeat, what am I leading you to believe Faithlilly?

Perhaps you would be kind enough to provide a link to this correspondence, Faith,

Before I do that you would gave to contact the OFM Facebook webmaster and ask for her permission to make it public.

We don't want another threat of legal action, now do we ?

'The McCanns didn't settle on Amaral's terms '.

I repeat perhaps it was Amaral who wouldn't settle, no matter what the enticement.

You seem to have forgotten my original point which was that were were informed, some months ago, in no uncertain terms by several prominent doubters, that the McCanns had settled on Amaral's terms.  Clearly they were making shit up, right?  Or perhaps you prefer the term "leading us to believe"...

His latest theory about dead children in other people's coffins in a local church has stunned The World.  I can't help wondering if the rest of "His Team" agree with that little gem.

It has not been established yet what happened to Madeleine.

I believe gerry mccann himself  said all theories should be investigated.

But I'm sure he didn't really mean it. He has fought tooth and nail to ensure the abduction theory is the only one in town.
I believe everything. And l believe nothing.
I suspect everyone. And l suspect no one.

I know that Jassi.
