What?  Would you care to explain why you are referencing these two individuals and their link to the McCann case, or anything I have written here today?

And that the Leics police are the ones who "first developed evidence implicating the McCanns"?

Did either Amaral, Archer or Aitken (the 3 As!)  hire a team at great expense to uncover incriminating evidence about themselves out of interest?  If not, I fail to see what any of them has to do with my point concerning the McCanns hiring Halligen et al at great expense to provide satellite images of PdL on the night of 3rd May 2007.

I think it is also fair to point out that under Portuguese Law the McCanns can be designated criminal since they instructed and financed a private criminal investigation on Portuguese soil contrary to Law.

The Fund hired the detective firm. Which articles in the penal code state that a private investigation is illegal? What did they actually do out there that was more than what the dozens of ordinary citizens were doing who were trying to help find her? When were they actually out there? The PJ final report was signed off on 20th of June 2008.

Birch has been accused of trespassing.

Well in the program it stated implicitly private investigations were illegal, yet they carried it out, therefore committing a crime in Portuguese Law.

I believe, what is illegal by Portuguese law, is to conduct a private investigation on Portuguese soil in parallel with an official PJ police investigation (obviously into the same matter) ...
