No doubt SY will be revising their theories in light of any information they may have gained. This may take some little time.
I believe everything. And l believe nothing.
I suspect everyone. And l suspect no one.
I gather the facts, examine the clues... and before   you know it, the case is solved!"

Exactly.  From what has been leaked to the press it seems they have uncovered some potentially very significant information - just because their suspects did not spill the beans this week does not mean that new information gleaned from the interviews won't have been relevant and helpful.  Wait and see before writing off the investigation as a failure, that's what I say!

Aren't they using dogs today?

Aren't they using dogs today?

Don't think its clear. There was some talk of dogs, but no real details regarding where & when as far as I'm aware.  Maybe more today.

An unnamed source   " explained that the elements of the Scotland Yard, accompanying interrogation, sniffer dogs brought to Portugal to be used in home visits, particularly in the car of one of the suspects, but that diligence has been refused by a judge for "lack foundation. "

In Crimewatch special they said a witness saw two men talking at 11pm.
That is the same time and place as where and when the driver on his balcony was alerted to the disappearance by two searchers below.
So it's likely to be the two same searchers I think.

The leak is obviously from a very embarrassed Portuguese source who is totally humiliated that the PJ could not carry out a proper investigation and SY have had to be called in

From what I have seen and heard so far, I am trying so hard not to think that SY are that dumb. The bases for their suspicions, in the rogatory letters, were so ridiculous that you can't help but laugh. Now one knows why the judge only allowed the interrogations and refused house searches.

I haven't seen the contents of the rogatory letters. If they are online, who gave them to the press?
