"He found the parents to be nervous and anxious, he did not see any tears from either of them although they produced noises identical to crying." José María Batista Roque - GNR Officer

THURSDAY, MAY 3: Milk and biscuits for the kids. I left them with this and books and games and went to have a quick shower/wash my hair.

"Gerry took her documents and showed them to the third person and told him that they were authentic and were certified by the police.

At this moment, the third person, who was always near to the couple and the witness, moved the couple away from her and the three of them talked in whispers for some time.

After this, and leaving the couple behind him, he approached the witness and told her that the couple did not want to speak any more with her, nor with anyone else.

As she said earlier, this third person of the group is familiar to her, and thinks that she may have come across him in the course of her work, as a suspect or witness." (YM - worked for 25 years in the area of child protection - Profession: Social Services and Child Protection)

The third man and his visit will be investigated. About time SY got their skates on. Investigation from 5:30 not 8:30.

Smithman carrying a child in his arms checked his watch after passing the Smith family and the time was 10:03. Both are still unidentified 10 years later.

Apart from being the author of an anonymous letter to the police ... what on earth did this woman think she was doing?...

 - Because she found it strange that Kate told her that her daughter had been taken by a couple, she tried to separate her from the other two individuals so that she could speak to her with more privacy, suggesting to Kate that they (Y and K) should enter the apartment, Kate aggressively rejected this idea and told her that they could speak on the street. http://www.mccannpjfiles.co.uk/PJ/YVONNE-WARREN-MARTIN.htm

HOW DARE SHE! ... she was a complete stranger and imo has proved she is exactly the type of person from whom victims of crime ought to be protected.
"All I'm going to say is that we've conducted a very serious investigation and there's no indication that Madeleine McCann's parents are connected to her disappearance. On the other hand, we have a lot of evidence pointing out that Christian killed her," Wolter told the "Friday at 9"....

I  think it reasonable to infer that PJ Inspector Fereria (sp?) who interviewed her concluded much the same ...

Maybe it was because she was a professional who happened to be on hand and was trying to help?

Trying to solve the crime, by all accounts ...

Then her behaviour was most unprofessional both in her attitude at the event and afterwards.

Trying to solve the crime, by all accounts ...

I was under the assumption that was the job of the PJ ... what locus did that person have in 'trying to solve the crime'?

Me too.

No locus and no authority.

But she was quite convinced she knew who dunnit ...

The concluding remark of PJ Inspector Ferreira:

The statements given to the PJ today by Yvonne Martin provide a concrete clarification of the reasons for her suspicions, which in my opinion, do not point to any concrete element that could, in any way, make other inquiries directly related to her statements, viable.

More another rubbish "expert", I would say ...

As ferryman has pointed out PJ Inspector Ferreira indicated very clearly what he thought about her 'expertise'.

As ferryman has pointed out PJ Inspector Ferreira indicated very clearly what he thought about her 'expertise'.

The officer said nothing about how 'expert' she was but merely that her suspicions had given them nothing concrete to work on.

Brietta posted on 10/04/2022 “But whether or not that is the reason behind the delay I am certain that Brueckner's trial is going to take place.”

Let’s count the months, shall we?

When you're acting defensive in a situation like that it is always suspicious. Anyone who has lost a child would ask and accept anyone's help to find her. But the third man intervened. Why? These 3 have never been properly investigated - SY sort your head out! They contradict each other so much that it can't be truth. An experienced (25 years) child protection officer trying to help when the father said that a paedo gang had taken her. But they don't want her help - acting DEFENSIVE just like the dog alerts >@@(*&)
