Well watching this programme is like watching the mccanns again
This programme is based on the mccann case 100% even if James Nesbit says it's not

There is no Oliver Foundation.

There is no Lizzie Taylor.

There is no graffiti on road signs.

There is no book accusing the parents written by the lead detective.

There are no internet campaigns.

There were no leaflet drops.

There was no campaign to try stop Ollie's case being re-opened.

NOPE ... IT IS NOTHING LIKE MADELEINE'S CASE.

It is a drama consisting of generic elements of child kidnappings.
"All I'm going to say is that we've conducted a very serious investigation and there's no indication that Madeleine McCann's parents are connected to her disappearance. On the other hand, we have a lot of evidence pointing out that Christian killed her," Wolter told the "Friday at 9"....

There's no fund.
No misinformation campaign.
No libel actions.
No neglect.
No PR representative.
The couple are open and likeable.

You're right. It's not a bit like the McCann case.

Brietta posted on 10/04/2022 “But whether or not that is the reason behind the delay I am certain that Brueckner's trial is going to take place.”

Let’s count the months, shall we?

The kate and Gerry leaving portugal  scene
The fighting to reopen a case
The fake abduction

The bribes behind the scene
The drawing from the child
The finding of the t  shirt

It just cannot be Baptiste ... I will be distraught if it is.

Are you sure Tony was wearing a blue tee shirt when he came out of the freezing water ... maybe he had just turned blue with the cold.

nope he had a blue tshirt on. He put his white shirt back on then noticed it had blood so took it off again, to reveal a blue T shirt. IF the T shirt was under the white shirt wouldnt it have shown at the neck??? very odd..

Man killed in boat  ... ??you've got me there chum, where is the parallel with Madeleine's case??

The kate and Gerry leaving portugal  scene ... so the parents of a child missing on holiday must never return home?
                                                                         Oh, I see.

The fighting to reopen a case ... something in common with Katrice Lee and Ben Needham there.

The fake abduction ... would that refer to the fake abductor the PJ and SY are looking for?

The reporter with the info ... you would need to provide a cite for that before I could comment.

The bribes behind the scene ... you would need to provide a cite for that before I could comment.

The drawing from the child  ... I believe the majority of children do make drawings

The finding of the t  shirt ... Madeleine didn't lose a tee shirt

I said based and many many people over the net think the same that's why nesbit responded  ... a perfect example why one should never take too seriously what people on the net may think.

I believed you, Colo, I was joking about him being blue with the cold coming out of the water.  LOL ... proof positive I never could tell a joke properly.

Well spotted about the video camera, I never clocked that one

Its nothing like the McCann case not at all. Yes there are bound to be similarities.....but coincidental. The story is nothing like it I dont think.

I for one am not watching it for that reason I quite like mystery type drama thats it.

Its actually based around corruption and pedophilia.....

Never heard of it.  There have been myths about her pink blanket and a blue bag ... I believe there was a story of packaging for new child's clothing and toys being found ... so maybe it is something from there.
