How do you know?

I weigh up the evidence and form an opinion. Isn't that what you do ?

the home is the biggest  danger  to   a  toddler ( that includes hotel rooms)  because toddlers are inpulsive and have  no sense of  danger thats why it is the parents  job to supervise them

More harrowing is the 21 who will never gain justice because the authorities refused to act on information received.

That's nothing.  I left 2 children under 16 in the house alone for 6 hours - I can hear the sirens approaching as I type...

I leave my baby alone sometimes, and she howls like a banshee.  Especially first thing in the morning when I refuse to get up and feed her.
