There appears to be many different versions and the one you have linked, is from his site and probably one-sided.

If you believe that a highly intoxicated woman would be capable of agreeing to sex with two men, do you also believe that she would agree to friends of the rapist (who were invited) to watch through the window and video the whole thing?

Some very crazy girl only, could consent to this.

She's a Sniff Head.

According to her evidence, the complainant awoke on Monday **th ***** 201* in the Premier Inn totally unaware as to how she had got there. Having searched for her bag and mobile phone she then proceeded to Reception.

Her mother picked her up and took her to her friend’s house. Later that day she returned to work. At the end of her shift at 11pm she went to the reception of the Premier Inn and requested to see CCTV footage to see, she claimed, if she could find out how she got there earlier that morning. She did not get to see the CCTV footage but was told by the receptionist that the room had been booked and was occupied by footballers.

Later that evening the complainant contacted North Wales Police claiming her drink had been spiked and that she had lost her bag and mobile phone. The police launched their investigation.

Thanks, WS.  I can't say it sounds much like rape to me.

Blokes?!

Blokes do bloke stuff, like drink & screw.

Sniff heads like to sniff, drink & screw.

I knew a girl who sniffed & she got it on with several blokes at once in the pub after closing time, that's what sniff head slappers & horny blokes do.

And how would you define Rape, Eleanor?

Difficult to define because no two incidents are the same.  Some are obvious and some are iffy.  This one was iffy to say the least.
And then one of them was acquitted and one was convicted.  Definite cause for doubt.

I would never want to deny any woman the right to say No, but she doesn't appear to have even been aware that she was raped.
And it is well past time that silly young women realised that getting legless and going to hotel rooms with complete strangers is not a good idea.

OK, I see where you are coming from…..
If you take drugs and drink too much, then you cant be raped,

If you are a red blooded Bloke and not drunk, then you are entitled to look for someone who is and use her as you wish

Gotcha!

WS, there is absolutely no need for this sort of language.  In fact, I shall delete your post shortly.

Sorry.

I just don't like sniff head slappers very much, from experience.

It appears Evans crime of rape is deemed more unacceptable than killing someone by certain elements of society.
I refer to the cases of footballers Lee Hughes & Luke McCormick, both of whom were convicted of causing death by dangerous driving/reckless driving whilst under the influence of alcohol. Each served half the prison sentence imposed and both resumed their careers within the football league. McCormick has recently even been appointed as club captain.
I have no desire to trivialise what Evans has been convicted of but I do feel those who vociferously oppose him returning to the game are guilty of selective stigmatisation.
To those who suggest these footballers should have used prostitutes - please remember that many prostitutes are themselves victims of sexual abuse and/or trafficking and for them to say no to a client is just not an option.

Dutch International Patrick Kluivert.

Convivted of causing death by dangerous driving in 1996.

Went on to play for A.C Milan, Barcelona, Newcastle, Valencia etc etc, & made 79 international appearences.

But, of course, he shouldn't have been allowed to, he's a killer!

Oldham Athletic have pulled out of negotiations with Ched Evans so no surprises there.  Was only a matter of time  @)(++(*

Evans must be a teensy weensy bit dim not to realise that decent folks are disgusted by his behaviour.

Professional football is totally dependent on sponsors.  It should be evident that no sponsor is going to allow its brand to effectively be damaged by condoning a convicted rapist.  Wayne Rooney and Tiger Woods lost sponsors on the back of their behaviour which wasn't even criminal.

Even if the sex was consensual, as CE claims, surely the fact that he turned up the hotel to watch his mate have sex with the victim then ended up having sex with her himself while being watched from a window by his brother and mates says it all!

Perhaps professional football clubs could consider chaperones when players have a night on the town.  Its surely a recipe for disaster: young fit looking guys, young attractive females, celeb culture, money, booze and recreational drugs being freely available.

Just my opinion of course but Jeremy Bamber is innocent and a couple from UK, unknown to T9, abducted Madeleine McCann - motive unknown.  Was J J murdered as a result of identifying as a goth?
