So you accept it's a victory... as many on this forum were claiming that the mccanns had failed to prove their case I see this as a great result...

Victory (if, indeed, it is victory) will signify cruel and duplicitous double-crossing of the McCanns' best efforts to find Madeleine alive and bring her home safe.

Not everyone (including on the Portuguese side!) is guilty of that charge.

And not everyone (including on the English side!) is innocent.
