it seems nothing was said in court and the lawyers were given judgements to read...so does anyone know where published judgement has come from?

Davel.  Please resist the urge to post disinformation.  There was a discussion in Court when one of the defence lawyers responded to the judges offer to clarify any aspects of her proof which was unclear to them.

I must add this propensity you have for pedantic fault finding is not constructive.  You were not present on Wednesday so please leave the reporting to those who were.

I have a propensity for accuracy...it appears the judgement was not read out in court......that's why those who were there do not know what was in the judgement..

My question is ...where has this version of the judgement come..it certainly was not read out in court

I suggest that if you don't trust these reports you send someone yourself to attend the hearings. The people who bothered to go there don't have to satisfy you.

No need to be aggressive. It was a genuine question to which I thought there may have been a simple answer.

The proof was copied to interested parties by those who received it including representatives of the Portuguese daily, Correio da Manha.  The judge agreed at the outset that the public would not be barred from sittings thus secrecy is not a feature of these proceedings.

That is matter of opinion.

Your judgement of victory for the McCann's clearly incorrect.  %£&)**# %£&)**# %£&)**#

It wasn't a private hearing, therefore I would presume that the media could request a copy from the lawyers  couldn't they?

If they have done, then various media outlets may place a different emphasis on certain parts. This has been the case since day one, with headlines of "Madeleine is dead" and "Madeleine is alive" appearing in headlines on the same day.

do you know how accurate it is

Talk about clutching at straws.

You know it really helps if you don't go on here all the time, then when you start catching up the desperation becomes apparent.
