No evidence was found of anybody passing though the window. It is a narrow window opening. No glove marks or boot marks on bed/chair. Ziltch! Have you tried getting in through that window without leaving a trace of evidence instead of picking up a no weight pillow as Maddy? Maddy was seen in a deep sleep - did she levitate to the window in her sleep to be able get snatched by you in your reconstruction? How did she get to the window in a deep sleep? Then I will carry her through the streets. She was carried for one reason through the streets without a car. To get rid of the evidence because a post mortem would show who was responsible (SY are looking for a body!). Smithman had no choice!
Don't be so ridiculous ... burglars are perfectly capable of entering and leaving premises via a much smaller aperture than that window; one of the reasons why teams usually consist of at least one very small, agile person ... sometimes even a child.
In any case no-one is asserting anything about the window ... for the simple reason no-one knows anything apart from the fact Madeleine's mother found it open and her daughter missing.
There didn't appear to be much of a problem lifting a plasma television from one of the apartments and taking it away without anyone seeing a thing ... suggests to me that the burglars operating in that area were astute enough to
(a) enter and leave premises without being seen ... Mrs Fenn being an exception
(b) were no strangers to the complex being familiar with the layout and the comings and goings of tourists
(c) were either one step ahead of the police ... or ...
(d) the police weren't too bothered about holiday cash, personal items or plasma TVs
Almost everything you assert is speculation with no foundation in either fact or probability ... only enormous prejudice.
