The time is interesting, presumably we are mixing 12hr and 24hr clocks here. One would have expected it to be after 22:00 however. Maybe he did all the things he said but was 30 minutes out with all his timings?
I can see his calls to the GNR, but not to Santos. He made two calls after his calls to the GNR. I can only guess because I don't have Santos' number, but looking at partly covered numbers of employees, there were two calls to Barros, the Millenium Head Waiter, at 21.21 and 22.59. Nelson, the Millenium barman on duty says he phoned Barros to tell him about the disappearance and Barros confirms so that seems correct.
There were two phone calls at 23.05 and 23.28 which seem to have been to a Tapas barman, Joe Salcedas. Probably connected to searching he says he was part of the same search team as Leanne. The final call before midnight was possibly to Nelson, who was also searching.
He heard about the child's disappearance on Thursday night. Shortly after he heard the news, a Mark Warner tennis instructor arrived at the Millenium and they went to search for the child together by the swimming pool and tennis courts. As they did not find Madeleine he phoned Luis de Barros, the head waiter who was on his day off to inform him. The latter arrived shortly afterwards and together they searched until about 05.00 AM.
