It's not as strange as the case itself davel.

But with her film: why is there a rush? She put pressure on herself with all the superfluous tweeting, but other than that there's all the time in the world.

Well if she has spent years of her life on a documentary that concludes one thing and there is a development in the case that proves her conclusion is wrong won't that have been a waste of time and money?  Best to get in there now with her accusations and pointy finger in case circumstances take a turn for the worse for her, like an arrest, or a confession that isn't one of the McCanns, or even (perish the thought) Madeleine showing up alive!

The good side of the Star article is that it gets word of the video out to a wider audience who would probably have never heard of it without the papar's help. Further by including Lee Ryan in the credits people's natural curiosity will be piqued.
