Is Amanda Knox really innocent?

I am entitled to my opinion, she is guilty and all the whining and self-pity and highly-paid lawyers cannot change that.  Injustices do happen but Knox is not one of them.

The Court of Appeal decided that she wasn't guilty and that the Forensic Evidence was flawed, which it was.

A retrial has been ordered.  So she can weep and wail and her highly-paid lawyers can plead her case again.

The she can go and make her movie and get her book deal and publish an OJ Simpson style "How I did it" book.

Not everyone in jail is innocent and a lot of people outside jail are guilty.  I am sensitive to genuine MoJs and Amanda Knox is not one of them.

Exactly and I am entitled to hold it.  I am sure rich Daddy will keep his little girl out of jail but what happens to Meridith Kercher?  What justice does she get?

It's all a bit of a farce Outlook.  How can they possibly try her again when she won't even be there in court.  Crazee!!

And then what, if she is found Innocent?  Will The Prosecution Appeal?  Likewise, will she Appeal if she is found Guilty?  This could run and run.
She certainly won't go back if she has any sense.  And Sollecito will get out tout de suite if he has any.  The Prosecutor is a nut case.

Of course it is a farce.  but that does not make her innocent nor does it give Meridith Kercher's family any justice.

I find it hard to accept that the first act of an innocent person is to turn cartwheels in the street, buy new underwear and then try to fit her boss up.  Then plead an alibi of "I am innocent because I cannot remember what I did 'cos I was off my head on drugs."

Rich Daddy really raised a little treasure to be proud of.

The victims are always forgotten.  I am happy to accept the result of a fair trial without all the grandstanding of overpaid lawyers and the media but that will never happen.  I also accept that the police screwed up as usual, probably the best it can ever be is an unsafe conviction which is not the same as innocent.

if she really is quilty maybe she should admit to it like Rudy Guede did... isnt he likely to be released as early as 2016 ?. 
i do remember that her parents did pull out all the stops to try and have her conviction quashed
