Hello again everyone,The Judge on the case was Judge Peter Lakin. THere were 5 boys invilved only 3 were charged. one of the 2 that was not charged is the the lad who gave evidence of the prosecution thus clearing his friends and putting the blaim on my son. I have proof that he socialized with the defendants. When I reported this to the police they said there was nothing they could do to stop them socializing. His evidence was proved to be a lie when indipendant witnesses told what they saw . Basically it rests on the fact that there was no witnesses at the time they said it started. So they all said he started the fight and because Danny died without ever regaining consiousness we will never know . The police told us they also changed there statments before it went to trial they never had to take the stand so we couldnt tell that they changed there statements . Danny was a quiet young man who had never been introuble with the police or ever been a bully or any kind of a thug . He was just a man walking his friend to the bus stop to make sure he got on the bus safely. We asked if we could get references for Danny as people kept offering to give him references to prove what kind of person he was and we were told "NO" One of the defendants attacked again within 6 months of the trial and even the judge notice the simalarities in the case.
Please dont hesitate to ask any questions you can not upset me. I cry all the time anyway . I will answer any questions with total honesty. P.s I cant prove they had family meetings people just kept telling me this fact after the trial .
