Indeed, and what the poster asserts cannot be wholly true , if at all, anyway , because they fail to take into account both the rogatory interviews and the various Mccanns TV interviews (both not relevant to any arguments abut mistranslations)

This thread is not about mistranslations ... it is about insults directed in the vernacular about the sensitivities of those on the receiving end of the abuse.
"All I'm going to say is that we've conducted a very serious investigation and there's no indication that Madeleine McCann's parents are connected to her disappearance. On the other hand, we have a lot of evidence pointing out that Christian killed her," Wolter told the "Friday at 9"....

The majority attacking Madeleine McCann and her family on line have no interest in the truth ... it gets in the way of their obsession.
If there is anything in my posts with which you disagree you must surely be able to work up your own reply instead of obfuscation.  Obviously for the simple reason you are unable to.

Nice moving of goalposts/deflection/obfuscation/whatever other word you can pull out of your handy thesaurus if you need it

I will take from that inability or refusal or both  to answer my question as proof that your opinion is just that and you haven't got a clue at all

It would have been OK to just admit it.

Tell that to whoever brought the mistranslations up then, or are you filling in for mods now??

As for the subject of the thread, well done on putting your own spin on what it actually is about....I thnk most people can make ther own minds up...hey, they may even agree with you, maybe

Why should Kerry reject someone's support simply because they question the McCanns ?

Questioning the McCann cause on Kerry's site undermines her cause.  There is no place for it on there.  Can you not see that?

The purpose of the thread unlike the purpose of your post ... is not to discredit me or put words solely of your interpretation onto my keyboard.

Is there some concerted effort afoot to ignore totally what the threads on the forum are about?  There seems to be too many posters totally ignoring thread titles for it to be accidental.

Another try ... somebody must be able to come up with a valid reason why the Drs McCann should be ecstatically happy about the toxic nonsense posted day and daily on the internet the by product, or even in some cases perhaps the intention being to interfere with Madeleine McCann's case.

If these people had the slightest concern for Ben they would perhaps take the trouble to mention him occasionally ... their posts are full of malice and hatred towards Madeleine and her family and adulation of Mr Amaral ... and a quick glance at Kerry's account reveals they have all but taken over.  Incredible!

Your refusal to answer my original question which you quickly bypassed was followed by a predictable stance, namely trying to steer this and other threads to the place you always want everythng to end up, even the blind can see

No one is saying the Mccanns should be ecstatically happy with any abuse but not every comment is abuse.

Why the constant dramatics and the parroting of the FM webmaster's words? Such as toxicYou're not them are you?

As for your latest little project, namely, accusing people of attacking the missing but most likely dead child, if they dare question the parents,  it has been tried before, it's puerile, it's irrational and has and always will fail

I'd advise everyone to rush over to the OFB Twitter feed just to see what a great fat lie the above is. The sceptic avatars posted by Brietta earlier have tweeted nothing but support for Ben and Kerry. As far as I can see there is no mention of the McCanns from them or anyone else on the feed.

in my view the inconsistencies are in the translations

Subjective opinion or objective opinion based on your fluency in Portuguese?

Why does it have to be either of those

there is no doubt that some very vocal supporters of Kerry libel the mccanns on twitter...this is what is causing the problem
