I think we could all ascertain if a child was still breathing. I wonder what her plan was if they stopped? Do doctors routinely wait until breathing stops before taking any action? Even though they are 'very concerned'?

Super doctor! How regularly did she check then? Every five minutes, ten minutes, 15 minutes?  You have no idea.

neither do you...certainly having checked  and found respiration to be at the normal rate, depth, regularity...with no abnormal vibrations she would know that the twins were in no danger

The danger of over sedation is repiratory depression....kate would be able to tell straight away that the twins respiration was normal

as a parent i would say there was a million things racing through kates mind at that time...rational thinking would not be one of them. I have taken children this age on holiday to similar resorts...they wear themselves out and can fall into a deep sleep...

Trained Doctors, who were so confident to leave their childen alone, become irrrational? Hmm no Sorry Davel, I can't believe that, unless everything Kate did and said was irrational  that night, including the claiming adbucton from window... whoooshing and all that?

that's all they were doing...sleeping deeply...sedation simply wears off...it isn't like a general anaesthetic which can result in death..

That's why she raised her concerns with the police, who promptly ignored her concerns.  Now tell me that we only have Kate's word for it that she told the police, but kindly also tell me how sensible you think it would be to go on record as saying you told the police something if you didn't.  The police would use that as evidence that you were a bare-faced liar wouldn't they?  Amaral could have had a field day with it, but didn't as far as I can  recall.  I wonder why not?
