We weren't discussing what we think, we were discussing whether the PJ should have tested the twins, given that Kate was 'very concerned' because she thought they had been sedated.

Virtually undetectable after a few minutes.  Maybe that is why the window and shutter were opened???

A blood test should have been done immediately.  Both Amaral and the parents failed on that score imo.
