I'd like to politely suggest to forum members. If you're not keen on being insulted by me, the solution to this is to not be stupid enough to believe the McCanns. That would solve it.

The Investigation into The McCanns is going well then, is it.  Rhetorical Question.  That means that I don't need an answer as your command of The English Language leaves a lot to be desired.

That doesn't mean the McCanns are innocent. It just means they got away with it. Luckily for Gerry, he was only seen by one family. But they did definitely see him. I know this for a fact, because the McCanns did it.

Did Gerry wear a wig?  They said he had brown hair Gerry's is black.

From Martin Smith's statement -

? Regarding the description of the individual who carried the child he states that: he was Caucasian, around 175 to 180m in height. He appeared to be about 35/40 years old. He had an average build, a bit on the thin side. His hair was short, in a basic male cut, brown in colour. He cannot state if it was dark or lighter in tone. He did not wear glasses and had no beard or moustache. He did not notice any other relevant details partly due to the fact that the lighting was not very good.

Aoifs statement -

? (1) the individual was male, Caucasian, light-skinned, between 20/30 years of age, of normal physical build, around 1,70/1,75 metres in height. At the time she saw his face but now cannot remember it. She thinks that he had a clean-shaven face. She does not remember seeing tattoos, scars or earrings. She did not notice his ears. His hair was thick-ish, light brown in colour, short at the back (normal) and a bit longer on the top.

Peter Smith's statement -

? The description of the individual who carried the child was: Caucasian, around 175 to 180 cm tall. About 35 years, or older. He was somewhat tanned as a result of sun exposure. Average build, in good shape. Short hair, brown in colour. He does not remember if he wore glasses, or had a beard or a moustache. He did not notice any other relevant details as the lighting was bad.

Did Gerry have a suntan?  Don't think so.  Their description sounds like CB to me.

There are photos of Gerry with a visible tan line on his head.
The Man was identified as Gerry, not Brueckner. That's because it was Gerry & wasn't Brueckner.

They haven't even bothered investigating the McCanns, according to Mark Rowley.

Anyway. To recap.

There is evidence the alarm was raised before 10pm

Evidence Gerry went off searching alone

And evidence he was seen by the Smiths.

All this evidence is contained within the files. There is no evidence at all within said files, that Brueckner did it. There is only evidence Gerry did it. That's because Maddie wasn't abducted, & the McCanns did it. That's why that evidence exists.

Look at the photo of Gerry and Kate on the evening of the 4th of May when Gerry read a plea to the abductor.  He is not suntanned.  Why are you ignoring the fact that Gerry has black hair?

How would they have a tan? The only day the weather got better was Thursday.

Gerry was seen searching around the pool alone.  So he hardly dashed off to remove Madeleine and hide her by the beach.

One waiter, places Gerry searching poolside. But, Matt, David & Russell do not place Gerry as being amongst them searching. This is because he went off searching alone.

Are you blind? He clearly has a suntan. The photo is from the night of May 4th.

David Payne Rog...

"I then at some stage went back to see Dianne and say look can you just leave the table, just go back to the apartment and then I had the sweep around the swimming pool where the, err the kiddies pool is."

"I say we spoke, me, Matt and Russell, right come on we've got to have a bit more structure to this, err you know, I'll, I'll you know so he went off down to the Police Station."

David, searched poolside. He spoke to Matt & Russell. But Gerry wasn't there.

Gerry wasn't in the apartment comforting Kate when Fiona went there,.  He wasn't in the apartment when David, having searched poolside, sent Dianne there either.

So, where was he?  Where exactly did he search? Because there's evidence from two witnesses that he was searching down Rua da Escola Primiara.

Fiona Payne -

'And by the time I got back everyone else had done their loop and at that point then no-one had seen Madeleine. Erm, I remember saying to Matt at that point 'You go down to main reception and phone the Police'. Erm, and I, I don't know what Matt, erm, I don't know what Dave and Russell did at that point. I said 'I'm going to go up to the', erm, 'Kate and Gerry's apartment'. Gerry had come down at that point. They hadn't found Madeleine, erm, panic was starting really. Erm, tut, after that really I stayed with Kate for the rest of the evening, I didn't, other than going onto their sort of balcony and out the front area of their apartment, I was with Kate. Erm, and Gerry, he was to'ing and fro'ing, in and out, in and out. Erm, it was just awful'.

That would have been closer to 10:10pm (if we assume the alarm was raised at 10pm).  After the initial searches. That's why she says 'by the time I got back everyone else had done their loop'. Gerry was not inside the apartment when she got there. She sent Matt to reception & stayed with Kate. Dianne went to the apartment around the same time & she does not report Gerry being there.
