I'm not clinging to anything - I'm not emotionally involved, so will be content with whatever conviction is forthcoming, assuming that there is one.

you will be surprised that I feel exactly the same...the difference is based on everything I have seen and read I don't think the parents are involved

If this charade continues both SY and the remaining members of OG will become a laughing stock.

While all those who mock, deride and accuse the McCanns will be held up as beacons and shining examples to us all ....

Ms Wall seems to have disappeared. I suppose that with only a handful of officers left, her skills would be rather wasted.
I believe everything. And l believe nothing.
I suspect everyone. And l suspect no one.
I gather the facts, examine the clues... and before   you know it, the case is solved!"

Or maybe not -

OG have been pushed out by the Germans who have reserved all the deck chairs for the foreseeable future

Behind the headline.

Quote
Mr Duthie, who is in overall charge of the investigation Operation Grange, said: “There is ongoing work. There is always a possibility that we will find Madeleine and we hope that we will find her alive.

“That’s what we want and that’s what the family and the public want and that is why the Home Office continue to fund it. There is work that needs to be done still. “

The police chief admitted detectives did not have a “full understanding” of what happened to Madeleine or why she was taken but added: “That is why the work continues. “

He told the Standard: “There is a missing girl and if she has been murdered and if we think we have got justifiable and reasonable lines of inquiry to pursue then they should be dealt with.”
“Reasoning will never make a Man correct an ill Opinion, which by Reasoning he never acquired”.

Obviously Ms. Wall thought the case was a dead end.

I've just seen a photo of the officer in question.....

Looks completely clueless.

Perhaps a mccann supporter would like to explain why the same photos are run again and again and again.

Is it to try and catch the sympathy vote for the mccanns ?

Well, that dried up some time ago.

Smithman carrying a child in his arms checked his watch after passing the Smith family and the time was 10:03. Both are still unidentified 10 years later.
