Somene said the loss of a bunch of keys was in the files, misty said it wasnt

Unless you or others have a link to the files where its shown, then mistys post stands as the true fact and the other one doesnt, one has got be true, whch is it?

The laundry is in the same building as the Tapas restaurant/bar Misty, underneath it.

Under the tapas restaurant and entered from the little cul-de-sac at the rear.  So that vans etc could carry the linen to and fro. I guess.     You can see it on GE street scene if you wish.

I said that it was common knowledge that the keys were lost ... no mention of being in the fikles

It is also 'common knowledge' that the retired worker who spoke anonymously to the Express also told his supervisor that he had seen someone acting suspiciously around the resort the day before Madeleine disappeared.  The supervisor assumed this had been communicated to the PJ as he had already been interviewed.

A quick check of his statements ... he made two ... confirms that he did not communicate that information to the PJ ... in fact he stated the opposite.

His second statement concerned a phone call made by him on the third.

A programmable keycard is more secure as there would be records of computer access to the keycard data.

Yes B da Silva did communicate his sighting to police. See his statement "in informal conversation with the inspectors of this police force (DIC Portimao), he reported a situation, which at the time seemed abnormal". The details of his sighting are in a different part of the files. And BTW he saw stairwellman at about 6pm on Thu 3rd.
