Revealed: Brit cops 'know who snatched Maddie' - and think they have questioned him already.

http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/7113465/Revealed-Brit-cops-know-who-snatched-Maddieand-think-they-have-questioned-him-already.html

WTF?

They know who dunnit, but they only think they have questioned him.

...and I thought I was forgetful.

Or did I?

In order to charge an Elite, [backed by Mega respected organisations of a global scale ], there has to be cast iron evidence that will definitely convict him.

I am inclined to think that SY know exactly who this man is, but haven't got this cast iron evidence to convict him ... Yet

"4. José Carlos “gets some air” on the balcony of the building where he lives"

Correct so far, until we look at number 4 on the Sun's map.

The Sun have teleported an entire apartment from LuzTur and and relocated it to the location of the Smith sighting!

(snip) ... If you were burgling somewhere and a kid wakes up and starts shouting, you get out of there immediately, not decide to take the child with you... Sorry I really find this theory ridiculous ...(snip)
As you say so sensibly, it's ridiculous to imagine a burglar would take a child, dead or alive.
On the other hand there is clear evidence, of the very first stage only, of a burglary.
I already suggested a solution on another thread which combines both of those elementary observations.

You do realise don't you Brietta that this story originated in the same publication who stated categorically, on their front page that Liverpool supporters urinated on the bodies of the dead at Hillsborough ?

The Sun's Hillsborough source has never been a secret - it was the police

The ITN clip is crucial because it shows just where the families should concentrate their fire. The South Yorkshire force had a motive - to distract attention from its own failings, as highlighted by Taylor - and the opportunity to brief journalists off the record.

All the newspapers, news agencies, TV and radio outlets, relied entirely on the police for the reporting of scandalous and inaccurate allegations.

The Sun's sin was to believe them.

http://www.theguardian.com/media/greenslade/2011/oct/17/sun-hillsborough-disaster

The South Yorkshire police went on the attack and used the press to cover their own incompetence and mismanagement by getting in first with the most lying and pejorative portrayal of the victims of Hillsborough as possible.

In a similar way the press was used against the McCanns in Portugal from 'A Badly Told Story' to '100% DNA' where it appears the police just simply had not a clue about how to conduct a missing child inquiry and embarked on their own cover up.

Instead of dismissing out of hand the open window and the McCann's belief that Madeleine had been abducted ... why wasn't it investigated.

Whether the interrupted burglars story is a rehash of a previous story or not ... have you ever reflected on why it wasn't thoroughly checked out in 2007.
It must have been known that burglars were active in the immediate area and within Block 5.

We know that the PJ must have been aware of home invasions when children were assaulted as DNA had been recovered.

Did Mr Amaral check it out ... or was he too busy looking for a blue sports bag, a pink blanket and a freezer?
"All I'm going to say is that we've conducted a very serious investigation and there's no indication that Madeleine McCann's parents are connected to her disappearance. On the other hand, we have a lot of evidence pointing out that Christian killed her," Wolter told the "Friday at 9"....

...except a child?!

Sorry I really find this theory ridiculous and I don't really believe our police would come out with such garbage either.

With respect, you would have absolutely no idea what a criminal would do.  Please get over the notion that burglars are normal people with normal reactions, some have committed terrible crimes including the abduction of children.

From who ?  Are you honestly suggesting the three'suspects' would have the finances to sue the Sun ?

I'm sure someone would be able to come up with an idea to help them out.

Or look at it another way. The McCanns used the press, as the police did in Hilsborough, to divert blame from the true perpetrators.
Brietta posted on 10/04/2022 “But whether or not that is the reason behind the delay I am certain that Brueckner's trial is going to take place.”

Let’s count the months, shall we?

Do you ?

Are you a forensic psychologist ?

How do you know what motivates burglars ?

Normal people with normal reactions ?

I must say I have to agree.  It is too ridiculous for words.

it is far more realistic than anything involving the parents...and if the parents are not involved as we have been repeatedly told then something like this hapenned

The 3 burglar article is old hat.

It makes no logical sense as other posters on here have already pointed out.

Burglars don't leave a place clean and tidy.

Rather like this theory, your support for it is pure desperation.

Quite sad in fact.

It sounds like you are equating the PJ to the cowardly South Yorkshire police who blamed innocent people who died because of the police's mistakes? Not to mention believing a story in the rag which didn't do any research at the time, it simply joined in and libeled the dead and injured fans. I refuse to call it a newspaper. I heard that Hillsborough was the police's fault from an eyewitness on the day it happened.

The McCanns instigated the involvement of the media and used it to exert pressure on the PJ from the very beginning. If the PJ responded they had only themselves to blame.

i would rather listen to SY...the involvement of the parents makes no logical sense......they have been ruled out as suspects...which leaves abduction as the most likely scenario
