They tidied up the bed, wiping glove marks off the window etc. Closing all doors except the bedroom one and didn't steal a thing. I posted that there was one line of inquiry left as soon as the team was reduced to a small number back in October - SMITHMAN and he's been my number one suspect from the start because it all connects in my theory. Nobody can prove my theory is wrong.

This is from my first posts here in OCT 2013.

Reply    “Yeah”.
1485    “What did you see when you walked in, describe it?”
Reply    “At that point, Gerry, I don’t think was in the apartment, it was mainly Kate.

no one can prove your theory wrong?   ....that is hardly of any significance...no one can prove Maddie was not abducted by aliens from the planet ZOG

if you believe everything you believe in newspapers is false then it is you that is misguided...the critical skill is separating the wheat from the chaffe......it is obvious that the PJ have been blocking SY...the newspapers have just confirmed it

The PJ wouldn't be in a position to block - it's the Portuguese Judiciary who make these decisions.

Petty nitpicking IMO.   Whether parents choose the listening service or choose to mirror it - the practice is the same.  i.e.  parents choose to leave their offspring asleep in their room whilst they go to dinner - knowing that regular checks will be made.

IMO the same people would not dream of doing the same thing at home.   However people do have a different mindset when on holiday - they are far more relaxed and don't spend their time thinking about tragedies which might befall them - and they are surrounded by people who are similarly relaxed and enjoying themselves.

The fact that the Listening service is offered by reputable tour operators etc is enough psychologically to reassure their clients that this method of childcare is safe as if would not occur to them that they would be offered a service which would put their children in danger.   A couple of the McCanns friends had used this service before with no problems - so even more reassuring to the McCanns that it was OK.

From memory but IIRC MW have ceased offering this service - giving their reason that they do not wish to lull people into a false sense of security.  IMO that is exactly what happened to the McCanns.

I expect Mark Warner had to face the undeniable truth that listening services don't safeguard children from danger. If you think holiday companies offer them because they're safe and not as a good marketing ploy you're very naive. Intelligent caring parents make their own minds up about the care of their children and leaving them in an unlocked apartment in another country isn't something most parents would dream of doing these days. Even stupid parents are capable of working out that children can wake, cry, wander, climb, fight, choke, play with knives, etc. Were the McCanns really so stupid that none of those possibilities occured to them?

More repeats of the unfounded allegations;

"British police have revealed
Madeleine may have been snatched during a break-in at the apartment where she was sleeping".

What did they say then?

Scotland Yard said: “It’s not something we would discuss.”

The mccanns are increasingly disliked, and SY as I have said, are beginning to look a laughing stock.

... and where exactly does Madeleine McCann figure in this hierarchy of alleged "dislike"?
"All I'm going to say is that we've conducted a very serious investigation and there's no indication that Madeleine McCann's parents are connected to her disappearance. On the other hand, we have a lot of evidence pointing out that Christian killed her," Wolter told the "Friday at 9"....

Don't be foolish.

She isn't.

She was the victim.

I'm afraid typing the old mantra won't help anymore Brietta.

PJ...portugues judiciary

So just an example of you ambiguity. PJ is normally taken on here to be an abbreviation for their police service.

OK so let's say MM was taken in a bungled burglary.

As I see it the burglars had three options:
1. Kill her.
2. They are still toting her around.
3. They sold her on.

Faites vos jeux or any other ideas on options ?
