In Foto 12 on the left you can see the dining area light switch.
All the light switches are low down, at door handle height.
This apartment is obviously designed for wheelchair accessibility.
A small child could easily reach every light switch.

It's a lo-res photo and I think software compression. followed by printing it at a small size, then scanning it, has made the switch appear invisible Misty.

Every single light switch we have got is at door handle height and this place is not designed for wheelchair access.

I can't remember where the light switches were in previous houses.

It makes sense to design every residence with accessible light switches.
All the light switches in 5A were at low height and easily reachable by a small child.
Therefore there was nothing to stop the child using the bathroom.

I can see all the other light switches taken by the same camera that night, Pegasus, just not the one outside the bathroom. And it is quite a large well-defined switch judging by the later photos & video.

Yes certainly all the light switches are very low and easily operated by a toddler.
The mystery is.....
The child got off the bed and went to another room and did not return (Proof - at 10pm the child was missing from the child bedroom, and the child bedroom door was opened, it's elementary), BUT the child did NOT turn on any light switch.
This IMO is indication that the child was not relaxedly wandering around the apartment playing, but was fleeing and hiding from something (therefore turned no light switches on).

If she was removed from the bed by someone then yes. I'm not actually saying she was though. My intention was to point out that an open door doesn't prove that a walking child opened it, as was being suggested.
