The visit was last Friday .I would prefer not to name the bar where he works in case that is interpreted as sour grapes .Finally I found this forum amongst others when I typed irresponsible journalism and Clement Freud into google.The picture of the bar is current ,but the picture of me is slightly older and I don't generally sport a fez and glasses .My motivation for searching such links is to try and learn more info myself ,and in particular about Antonella Lazzeri who has not impressed me at all.

As it happens, I had not chanced across the name Antonella Lazzeri before.  Perhaps others on the forum have.

IMO CF has nothing to do with this case. Also we've been told he was not there anyway so presumably it would be a waste of time to wade through the many pages of Faro airport car rental records in the files?

Also Robert Murats and the Symingtons relative, Mrs Everitt, lived there at Burgau.  She was sister to Robert Murats mother.

In the early days it was mooted that she had something to do with adoption.  IIRC, she found children suitable for families wanting to adopt a certain type of child.
Maybe others will remember more about this.

She hasnt impressed anyone, she writes crap mostly, a very sad so called journalist

So in reality, there is no link between Madeleine's disappearance and Freud.
