Depends what their objectives are.  Extremely unlikely it could be used in a CCRC application.  Or if it was it would simply be rejected before it gets off the starting block. The CCRC look for information the jury didn't know about.  The jury were aware SC was mentally ill and suffered all sorts of bizarre thoughts etc and discussed suicide ideation with others eg Dr Ferguson and a cousin Helen Grimster who both testified at trial.  The jury heard all this and found JB guilty by a majority of 10-2.
Just my opinion of course but Jeremy Bamber is innocent and a couple from UK, unknown to T9, abducted Madeleine McCann - motive unknown.  Was J J murdered as a result of identifying as a goth?

Dead end. Non starter. BUT - I think the CT know this. The legal team would surely have told them this. CT are just looking to use it to raise money.

Ugh, what a bunch of dodgy scroungers. As if they couldn't come up with a couple of grand between them! If Troods and that fat bloke gave up jaffa cakes for a week, they'd be nearly there.

I've no idea about any suicide note.  I've read that it was apparently given the exhibit number DRH/42.  All I can say is that as a result of recently rereading DC Hammersley's trial testimony looking for an exhibit number for the bible, which is DRH/44, I noticed that DRH/42 was missing.

DC Hammersley's trial testimony covers all the exhibits he logged and removed in numerical order.  Exhibits that precede and succeed DRH/42 are as follows:

Date Exhibit Logged           Exhibit Number          Description Of Exhibit And Its Location

7th August                                   DRH/40                               Casing - Twins room

8th August                                   DRH/41                               Casing - Kitchen

?*                                               DRH/42*                             Suicide note - SC's Bedroom*

9th August                                  DRH/43                                Casing - Main Bedroom

9th August                                  DRH/44                                Bible - Main Bedroom

I ask myself why DC Hammersley became emotional during his COLP interview?

Sounds like more propaganda from the CT - trying to get publicity by passing off those 'notes/letter' as a suicide note written by Sheila while the police were outside WHF. Complete rubbish! This is the note that Hammersley collected and is exhibit number DRH/42

Mystery solved!  Thanks.

That looks like an adult, probably SC, is  helping DC or NC or both with learning to read and write.  How can anyone suggest this is a suicide letter or has any meaning other than children scribbling?

If everything that has be labelled a suicide note was actually written by SC, she wouldn't have had time to kill anyone or the strength to shoot herself. It really does get eembarrassing.

It's surely too long to be a suicide note, they are usually short, or so I have read. (I have no experience of actually seeing one I'm glad to say!). Either that, or there are several of them, being addressed to family members/friends.

Oh my!  Is this the big reveal, a sad letter to her birth mother which was released after the last appeal five years ago?

A malicious prosecution for a crime which never existed. An exposé of egregious malfeasance by public officials.

Long?  Which suicide note do you mean... DRH/42, the one Caroline posted above?

A little short if you ask me and it's more likely to be McCartney's first draft of "Please, Please Me".... whoa yeah!
It's one of them cases, in'it... one of them f*ckin' cases.

Isn't the campaign team claiming that the note which was found in Sheila's room addressed to mummy represented a suicide note and not the single page of scribble given the identifier DRH/42 (see below).
