To lead the PT re-investigation into the disappearance of Madeleine McCann.  We hear alot about the Met's alleged failure to find a single shred of evidence, their alleged embarrassing and pathetic Crimewatch appeal, the ruinous waste of money, the years and years of investigating with nothing to show for it etc etc etc - well with the exception of a Crimewatch appeal, all the same criticisms could surely be leveled at the PJ, but I'm not hearing it from McCann sceptics - why not?

The PJ have been waiting patiently for SY yard to catch up,its taken nigh on 6 yrs multi millions to recognize that an important witness was first interviewed back in 2007 and possibly needs to be heard again(according to some reports).
No wonder the radio interviewer asked Hogan Howe back in April 2016 just what do 30+ officers do.

30 + officers were needed to go through the thousands and thousands of pages of evidence

Wasn't that all done during the review process period ?
I believe everything. And l believe nothing.
I suspect everyone. And l suspect no one.

Indeed and it took them nigh on 6 years to allegedly realise that there might just might be some one to talk to who may have been around on the night Madeleine was reported missing, this quite possibly when the manning was reduced to two or three.

all this criticism of the Met from posters who havent a clue whats really going on is quite risible.

Did GA keep up with the case?  How can one man controlling what was going on, read all the documents in 6 months, and yet it has taken a team of 30 several years to do?

He would have been working off summaries surely - GA "Did that witness have anything to add?" PJ officer: "No".   GA "OK I won't read that statement."

Is "waiting patiently" a good way to conduct a reinvestigation into a missing child?

It's now your moment to shine by informing the forum at large just what it is barrier does not understand and what the full SP really is.
