I sympathise with that sentiment.

I see that the Mirror is also giving us a re-hash and listing the infamous 48 questions that Kate declined to answer.  ?{)(**

Good. That will inform the readers of how nonsensical so many of those questions were.

I suspect the McCanns might not see it  quite like that.

Why will they be"seething with fury"?
The article reinforces that Kate was "hounded" and anyone reading those questions will see how ridiculous some of the questions were and how they, the McCanns were"grilled" for eleven hours inspite of the British experts saying the DNA evidence was "inconclusive"and"flawed"

Tell us what is wrong with these first 5 questions?

1 On May 3, 2007, around 22:00, when you entered the apartment, what did you see? What did you do? Where did you look? What did you touch?

2 Did you search inside the master bedroom wardrobe?

3 (Shown two photographs of her bedroom wardrobe) Can you describe its contents?

4 Why was the curtain by the sofa near the side window tampered with? Did someone go behind the sofa?

5 How long did your search of the apartment take after you detected Madeleine's disappearance?
Smithman carrying a child in his arms checked his watch after passing the Smith family and the time was 10:03. Both are still unidentified 10 years later.

Ah yes, the painstaking investigation, which didn't include questioning the McCann's or their associates.

So, it has been a total lie from the beginning, promising an open investigation and all options open.

...and here's the question Kate mccann didn't answer.

I WONDER WHY THE MIRROR IGNORED IT. 8)--))

A QUESTION SHE DID ANSWER

Q.  Are you aware that in not answering the questions you are jeopardising the investigation, which seeks to discover what happened to your daughter?

A.  'Yes, if that’s what the investigation thinks.'

Is there anything new here or just repackaged stories from years ago?

I think I will go with AC Rowley's recent assessment of tabloid reports.
I suppose after that nice DCI Andy took a club hammer and bolster to the keystone of the arch there is a natural tendency to attempt to shore up the structure with anything that comes to hand.
