It is indicative that they have found nothing, as I expected and predicted.

Most of us realised SY would not completely solve the case
It was just too long after the event
What we hoped is that they would shed some light on what actually happened to a Maddie
They have come to the conclusion Maddie was abducted and the parents not involved
Which is what some of us have been saying for years

What report is that written in then?

Both Redwood and the current investigators have confirmed this

They do not know who was involved, if anyone was.

They claim abduction as a belief.

No evidence of a third party in the apartment, that night.

They did not investigate the Mccanns, and relied on the shelving report, which they 'misunderstood', and they weren't the first ones to do that. yet the meaning of the shelving report was crystal clear to others.

If you think that will change, you are mistaken beyond measure.

They said they believe. nothing more.

In the real world, we know the cause of Madeleine's disappearance has not been ascertained.

Do you have a cite for not investigating the parents and not understanding the archiving report
Otherwise it's just your opinion and im sure you are mistaken

They believe based on the evidence and they are the experts with access to evidence we may not know about

This has been done before.

''And let it not be said, also, that the appellants were cleared by the archival dispatch of the crime-process.''

Hmm,yet neither one can confirm that the poor girl is alive or dead, yet if believed the 4 amigos were asked if they had killed Madeleine. If and its a big if they know she was abducted, then its not to much of a leap to say they would know, what point of egress was used, what time, what mode of transport if any was used to spirit her away, where she's likely to be now, unless she is in the one last broom cupboard not searched in SY,thats maybe the reason the latest rubbish is saying they don't need to be in Portugal to find Madeleine.

Precisely, what expertise do they have in missing peoples cases ?

....and meanwhile, no matter any denials, no forensic or other evidence, shows a third party in the apartment.

Cleared of what
They haven't been cleared because they have never been charged
Simple
Not suspects in the present investigation

Do you not understand the shelving report ?

ON which the Supreme Court Judgement refers to, as did OG.

Their lawyer said, in court, that they had been cleared. Perhaps she reads the UK newspapers?

Kate and Gerry McCann have been officially cleared of any involvement in the disappearance of their daughter Madeleine
