An arguido does not have to answer questions so it cant be an offence not to co operate. It seems taht the only way to force someone to return is via an international arrest warrant and these can only be issued for prosecutions not for investigations...in short they could not be forced to return and their decision was the right one...imo
There were conditions imposed on those that were made arguido. No doubt failing to turn up for investigation would be treated seriously.

It is scary for me to even think that I could be about to turn up real evidence of this. I sit here wondering if I'm right, and there is no way to discuss it. OK it starts of with a suspicion, and then you make a tentative hypothesis, which some will dismiss as speculation.
I'm sure you did not read my post properly. Prove to me you did? What is it I'm saying they were involved with?
