Movement and sound coming from within WHF

Conflicting accounts exist as to who saw 'movement' at the window from PS Bews and PC Myall (it was not JB).  My view is that it was probably a trick of the mind rather than a trick of the light.  In any event we will never know so it is pointless speculating and I can't see how it can assist JB at this late stage.  A lawyer might say Rivlin should have made more of this at trial and maybe he could/should have done.

Conflicting accounts of lights going on and off can be accounted for by witness statements from the various police officers incorrectly identifying the rooms/windows so it appears lights were going on and off.

Noises from within WHF when raid team broke in can IMO be accounted for by Crispy who was found cowering under NB and June's bed and was subsequently placed in a wardrobe to prevent him disturbing soc.

Had SC taken her own life whilst the police were outside then it's unlikely they would have heard as a contact wound acts as a silencer in terms of sound.

Actually that's not correct I don't know the window was open as I wasn't there!  I should be more careful what I write.  According to PC Collins it was open about 3":

I agree. The OS, Mike, David & most supporters believe Sheila kept herself alive until just before or after the raid team entered WHF. This is a colossal 4 extra hours. They have never said why or what Sheila was doing.

Buddy does come up with a lot of crazy theories. Such as Bamber should have 'lobbed Julie overboard' & the relatives scrapped period blood from soaking wet underwear into a silencer.

There are two main reasons imo this case has ended up the way it has ie a complete shambles:

- Lack of effective leadership

- Poor communication

If you consider anything that has a good track record of winning eg the military or world class athletes and sports teams they epitomise everything JB lacks. The OS says it all IMO:  what's not factually wrong is irrelevant.

Consider the support other MoJ's have benefited from:

Stefan Kiszko - Mother who was just an ordinary woman who doggedly pursued justice for her son in a dignified manner and was savvy enough to source the right help by way of solicitor Campbell Malone).

I wrote the above last night whilst multi-tasking along with a glass of Erdinger!  So just to be clear Mike denied the holocaust and Buddy challenged him only to be met by a foul-mouthed tirade.
